Meet Rosa

I'm Rosa Cruz Canales, a bilingual Realtor® proudly serving clients across Georgia in both English and Spanish.

My love for real estate started when I was 14 years old. I used to spend hours watching Graham Stephan videos and learning everything I could about real estate, investing, and building a future for yourself. I became completely fascinated by it and knew early on that this was something I truly wanted for my life.

By the Grace of God, I was randomly placed into a business elective in high school, where I met Mrs. Manning, a beautiful teacher who believed in me and encouraged my ambitions from the very beginning. I still remember the first week of her class. She had us introduce ourselves, and I told the whole class I was going to be a Realtor. I remember telling her it felt meant to be that I ended up in her class. She never stopped believing in me. I stayed in all of her marketing classes throughout high school, and that time became such a meaningful part of my journey.

On weekends, my dad would take days off from work just to drive me to free real estate events around Atlanta as a sophomore in high school. I'll never forget sitting in those rooms as the youngest person there, listening to conversations about business, investing, and homeownership. Instead of feeling out of place, I felt inspired. Every event made me even more certain that this was the path I was meant to pursue.

What I've always loved most about real estate has never just been the homes themselves. It's the people, the stories, the emotions, and the trust that comes with such an important milestone in someone's life.

I've always been someone who genuinely loves connecting with others and building meaningful relationships. To me, real estate is so much more than transactions or business. It's about helping people accomplish their dreams, create opportunities for themselves, and step confidently into new chapters of life. Whether someone is buying their first home, relocating, investing, or starting over, I want them to feel supported, understood, and cared for every step of the way.

I never want my clients to feel like "just another transaction." I want them to feel like they have someone in their corner who truly cares about them, their goals, and the future they're building.

My goal is to create an experience that feels personal, genuine, and exciting from beginning to end while helping my clients move confidently toward the life they envision for themselves.
